We loved our stay at the JW Marriott. From the moment we checked in until the day we checked out, every member of the team provided exceptional service and made us feel very welcome. The teppanyaki restaurant was a real highlight of our stay. Chef Jojo made the evening so much fun and created a truly memorable experience for our family. The pools were beautiful, the breakfast was outstanding, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was fantastic. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Gold Coast.

The rooms are so tiny, so space and no privacy with the see through bathroom door. They have tried to renovate the hotel but a terrible job. I would not say there again. The only nice thing was the lagoon. The waterslide was hazardous, saw many kids holding their heads because they hurt themselves coming down. Thumbs down.

Had a wonderful stay here. The staff were consistently friendly and kind the entire 7 days I was there. Very clean and the food was excellent. The pool area is lovely and the hotel is close to the tram and to the beach - could quickly walk over.
