Fantàstic
Room was great as a base to explore. We were only there for a quick breakfast and to sleep but beds were comfy, room quiet but could do with some modernisation of the bathroom shower. Overall a good hotel, close to San Giovanni station and a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Como. Breakfast typical of most hotels in Italy and would happily stay here again.

The room was a really good size with tea & coffee making facilities. Great shower. Really impressed with the standards from start to finish. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Free water on arrival and more in the room. Breakfast very good Altogether a very pleasant stay. Would certainly recommend

We checked in and we didn’t like our room due to it being on the street side and very loud because of traffic. They were quick to help us and change our room. All the staff was very friendly and they have the best snacks and drinks in lobby that are priced really reasonable. Also there is ice available, which is a must for America’s.

We had a very pleasant stay and would especially like to thank Hash for her outstanding service. She was friendly, approachable, and always willing to help throughout our stay. Her positive attitude and professionalism made a real difference to our experience. If there is an employee's award, I definitely recommend her for this. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was well presented each morning. A useful added convenience was the ice machine located opposite the reception area, which was very handy during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality provided by Hash and the hotel team.

Good location, close to train station and an easy walk to the Lake. Daytime front dest clerk was very helpful, evening front dest clerk was uninterested. Room was clean and spacious.
