Lenna’s was an amazing place to stay. Rooms are well appointed, Clean and comfortable. Close to great restaurants! Well worth the stay.

Wonderful staff clean room perfect location

It was a pleasure staying at The Lenna.

Great property located in the heart of Hobart cbd. The Hotel building is very unique and is an actual historic colonial home. We can’t fault it at all and will definitely come back and stay there in the future.

The room was clean and fairly well-maintained. The staff provided satisfactory service and polite, and the location was highly convenient with beautiful interior design. We encountered some concerns regarding the plumbing system in the ground floor rooms, specifically the noticeable sound of water usage from the upper floors. Additionally, the air conditioning unit, despite being switched off, emitted noise approximately every two hours throughout the night. We've left food in fridge and next day asked and informed its thrown out! While hotels are promoting complimentary services for environmentally-conscious guests, no specific offers have been extended. Our commitment to sustainability is not contingent upon receiving incentives. The complimentary wine was withheld by staff on the first day, and we were subsequently informed that it would be provided at check-out. Regarding breakfast, we were not informed that it incurred an additional cost until checkout. The offering consisted of basic items such as jam, butter, and toast, comparable to standard motel fare. A member of the staff also deactivated the machine, which resulted in the unavailability of hot water in the lounge area. We recommend maintenance for the room doors by the way. Staff operations commence at 7:30 AM, which may impact guests seeking a quiet morning. However, for those who prefer an early start, this schedule could serve as a unique wake-up call.

Perfect as always

The King bed wasn’t a King bed, it was 2 singles pushed together, making it uncomfortable to sleep in the middle. The rooms are NOT in the nice old building but the new building which has exposed “besser blocks” on the interior. This is NOT a luxury/premium hotel as advertised.

Beautiful property

Lovely property well maintained & staff So helpful! Adjacent to Salamanca Place close to many eating houses! Plenty of parking with spacious rooms! Will come back!
