This hotel is pretty sad. Lots of water damage on the walls. Old carpets. Mirrors that look like a haunted mansion. Dirty. Poorly maintained. Definitely a 2 star hotel. I’m Missing how some would rate this 4 stars. Maybe they use a different rating system in Europe. I will say our interaction with the staff was the highlight of the stay. They were warm, Pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself needs major attention.

Incredibly poor beds. Slept with wires sticking into body. 20 euros for a taxi to hotel and 5 euro for hotel shuttle. Use that money to get a better hotel closer to the airport.

Good location close to Malpensa airport with paid shuttle bus service running through the night. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean but in need of updating. Fine for a short stay when arriving late and leaving early.

Ok, no-one is planning a holiday here, it's fine for somewhere to shower and put your head down before you continue on. Stayed here one night before picking up a hire car. It's fine, in no way glamorous or luxurious, it's a room with a bed and a vending machine out in the corridor, there is a small bar offering snacks, coffee and cold drinks at reasonable prices. Would I stay here again? I wouldn't especially be excited at the prospect but that isn't its function, so yes I'd stay and move on next day rested and refreshed.

Close to airport but not walkable as no pathways. Had shuttle bus for return to airport for €5. Nice pizza and a beer for my evening meal. Church bells ring every 30mins but not between 2200 and 0700 thankfully.
