For the price it was great value. A bit dated but they are currently doing upgrades, it would have been nice to have USB &/or USBC ports for recharging devices. The staff did supply us with a converter at no charge. The staff were impeccable, very friendly, very helpful.

i have stayed in so many hotels but unfortunately my experience with jet park was not plesant. first stay in jetpark and pretty average. staff at time of checkin wasnt very helpful. rest of staff were nicer. was booked for 3 nights and it was non refundable so had to stay for duration otherwise would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. website had few things which i find misleading and i did mention to staff . leaky sink in bathroom. housekeeping not very good. parking available if onsite early otherwise none.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They were knowledgeable and provided helpful information throughout our stay. We were very impressed with our room and its high standard of cleanliness. The continental breakfast offered an excellent selection of quality options. Overall, we felt this establishment goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

This hotel was just okay, not great but not bad either. It feels a little more run down than other places we stayed, but I think that’s just more to do with the town than the hotel itself. Check in was fine, and the room was fine too. The street is a little loud but other than that, it was just fine.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The staff were friendly and the location was great. My husband enjoyed being able to attend a local gym (off site) free of charge every morning of our stay. That was a great bonus.

Room was great, beds were comfy. Check out was 11am which was great but it also meant that check in was at 3pm so we were killing time beforehand. Breakfast was good, unfortunately only one highchair available. Never got to try the pool or spa - the one time we got all ready we were told it was getting cleaned for 2 hours which was a let down! Wish they could have opted for a less busy time of the day like early morning or late night. Trampoline was fun and super bouncy and we were given some activity packs for the kids at check in. They had yummy biscuits in the room, as well as milk and the shower was spacious and good water pressure

Staff were great. Carparking was tricky with not much room to get in and out of car. Good customer service
