Hotel was ok, not a lot of food options, the 24 hour snack bar was just sweet bread and coffee at night, the mirador restaurant was ok too but the servers did not care about taking care of guest, the only highlight of our stay was the bartender who was nice and helpful the other two restaurants were very mediocre too the two times we went to the buffet food was always empty so we give up and just started going out for dinner and lunch outside the property, rooms were clean and very comfortable but if you are here for the all inclusive is not worth the price you are paying.

M'he quedat amb la família

Overall our stay was enjoyable. The pools were beautiful, and the adults-only areas were peaceful and relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool waiter, who was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Our butler, Andres, was also outstanding—always friendly, smiling, checking in to see if we needed anything, and making us feel well taken care of. The food was decent, although it wasn’t particularly memorable. One disappointment was the lack of communication from the staff about the amenities and activities available at the resort. We often felt like we had to figure things out on our own rather than being informed of everything the resort had to offer. The beach was beautiful, but there were only a limited number of chairs and palapas. If you didn’t arrive early in the morning, it was nearly impossible to find a shaded spot to relax. Another drawback was that the elevators were not air-conditioned, which made them uncomfortable, especially in the heat. The bead sheets were a little rough to the skin as well. While there were definitely aspects of the resort that we appreciated—especially the adults-only spaces and the exceptional service from our butler and pool waiter—the overall experience wasn’t as luxurious or polished as we had expected. A positive is that it is centrally located to the port where the boating activities depart from and the malecón area. Uber rides were only a couple of dollars for each.

La persona encargada de dar los cuartos era Div. De Cuartos Ana era su nombre fatal nos hizo esperar 4 horas para darnos el cuarto porq no quería aceptar mi licencia de Estados Unidos quería mexicana pero pues yo no la tenía ya q radico en usa después empezó con las identificación de los niños y para terminar rápido duro 4 horas en darme el cuarto y muy despota y prepotente yo con mis niños y ni ofreció ni una agua para niños, fue una experiencia horrible jamás volvería ir ese hotel si aún se encuentra esa persona en verdad q mala persona fue algo fatal el nombre de la persona era Ana Gerente División de cuartos

Excellent service. I highly recommend Gilberto as your server by the pool. Nice place. Asked for their special menu they do have more than the all inclusive. Excellent food.

Food was mediocre, typical resort food. Not buffet style so you have to ask for everything. Rooms below average design n vibe, it was giving dated. Not so family friendly regarding activities. Small lobby, nothing for kids to do outside of the swimming pool, making evenings challenging when pool is closed. Only 2 guest elevators for the whole property, long lines to get to and from the room. Location is okay, safe and about 15 minutes to central/malecon. Staff friendly after tips. Overall I’d say it was basic. Wouldn’t go back or recommend. Didn’t hate it just used to higher end experiences.
