Per sota de la mitjana Our first room we checked into wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest who start in it. The night front desk lady was great and put us in a clean room instantly. The room was boiling hot and took 4 hours to cool down after turing the AC on. We had to use a sox to prop the AC vent up in the upward position. When checking out, the front desk lady was quite rude. To the extent of rolling her eyes and scoffing when my husband couldn’t remember what our room was number was because we had to switch rooms.
