Everything about this hotel was amazing. Secure parking, rooms are top tier clean, staff are very kind and respectful. We enjoyed the breakfast for a family of 7. We also had a blast in the pool which are available up to 10 pm.

M'he quedat amb la família

I had to change my room twice. The first room was dirty. I asked the front desk when last the room was cleaned, they said that same day. Let’s just say the pictures I took would state otherwise. The second room was also not very clean but one of the beds was clearly broken, two metal rods were sticking out from under the bed on one side and when my husband went on the bed to check it, it completely collapsed on the other side straight down to the floor. Which makes me wonder, when the room was being cleaned and the beds being made, there is no way the housekeeping staff could miss that. Apart from that, the staff was apologetic and polite and tried their best to help us. Finally the third room was fairly decent. It was noted that I wanted to speak to a manager but during my stay, no manager reached out to me which was disappointing. Despite all of that, the water pressure in the shower was very good and the options for breakfast were good. The young lady working in the breakfast area was pleasant and helpful.

The room is really clean, nice design with a curtain to separate the bed from the sitting area & a curtain for the closet. Buffet breakfast was sufficient to start the day. Special thanks to Maggie, who helped us check in on 6/17. She's very polite & efficient in her duties as a front desk staff. We will certainly come back to this hotel again.
