Per sota de la mitjana We were only looking for a place to spend a night so this place sufficed, but wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer. Our unit was quite dirty, especially the bath, and the entire unit had an odour that was difficult to deal with. We stayed on the apartment side so maybe the hotel side was better?

Per sota de la mitjana I was charged twice by this property on my credit card. Trying to ask them through Expedia to remove 1 night of charge but with no success. Will call Expedia again.

Great apartment in central location.
Very clean and comfortable. Quite large apartment - we only stayed for one night and wish we stayed longer.
Close to town center.
Parking cost extra but worth it as car stays in underground parking while you can easily walk everywhere.

Greta location. The room was quite large and offered all you could need for an apartment -like stay fro a few days. The location was great and was only about a block away from the amazing city center of Aix.

Super Lage, fußläufig zum Zentrum und genau richtig für einen kurzen Trip nach Aix en Provence. Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen, nur wegen folgendem Thema müssen wir einen Punkt abziehen:
Wir sind mit einem Kleinkind gereist und fanden es schade, dass das gebuchte Babybett keine Matratze hatte. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass dies aufgrund von Hygienevorschriften nicht mehr bereit gestellt wird. Es wäre gut gewesen das vorab schon klarer zu kommunizieren, damit man sich evtl. entsprechend vorbereiten kann. Wir mussten dann mit Decken improvisieren, da das Bett ohne die Matratze zu hart war.

This has been the worst place I have ever stayed the Ethan being in a 3rd country! I had to change apartments because the first one was leaking water from the sink. The place was very dirty.
The 2nd studio was better but also dirty! There was no air conditioning and I asked for a fan. I had to bring the fan up by myself. No one helped me.
The staff at the desk were accommodating. That was the only saving grace!
How can Expedia showcase a place like this?

Genial The front deck was very helpful, helped me with my baggage and to change room. The windows were so dirty, you couldn’t see out and new room windows extremely clean however lots of acclumalated dust on bathroom pipes. Other wise clean an efficient kitchen

Per sota de la mitjana Disgusting room that stunk of sewage gas. We were told by the front desk they knew it was a problem and would give us room spray and otherwise would not help, offer another room or give a refund despite the room being uninhabitable.
