There was limited variety of breakfast, there is no lift till 6th floor. Rooms don’t have intercom, water was draining very slowly in the washroom. Moreover even after complaining the situation was same and the property is old more like Air B&B less like hotel

Die Mitarbeiter waren bei meinen beiden Aufenthalten sehr freundlich und kooperativ.
Die Betten waren sehr gut, die Einrichtung der Zimmer ein wenig spartanisch. Ich hätte mich z. B. über einen Wasserkocher gefreut. Zumindest eines der Zimmer hatte auch keinen Zimmersafe.
Das Frühstück war ok. Etwas mehr Brotauswahl wäre schön gewesen.

All the reception staff working from the 20-22nd of November were outstandingly friendly, professional and thorough. Please extend my compliments and appreciation to them. My heating didn't work, and they took care of it swiftly. The newly renovated rooms are great and very comfortable. The renovation sounds were a bit loud, but I expected as much.

The hotel is near the city center. It’s clean and the staff were friendly. The only problem was that there was renovation during my stay and it was noisy after 9 am.

This hotel is absolutely unacceptable. They lied to us, making us feel like complete fools — we were treated like we were being taken for a fool. They claimed that the water system was ‘broken,’ but the staff at the second hotel confirmed it was a lie — the original hotel was simply overbooked and they do this regularly.
We were misled, disrespected, and forced into a filthy, low-quality hotel that was nothing like what we booked or paid for.
This behavior is shameless, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. I strongly warn anyone considering this place: they will lie to you and treat you like a fool. Avoid at all costs.
