Staff was very responsive and available at any time. Property was clean and very spacious including the bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. TV was working - my husband was able to see the soccer matches at night. Location was great for our needs — super close to the La Seta where there are tons of places to eat underneath, little stores for souvenirs and water/snacks and even a pharmacy right beside. It was walking distance to the Seville Cathedral which was very important due to the timed entry we have to meet. From the cathedral, we simply walked to the Alcazar palace and onto Maria Luisa Park where the Plaza España is also located. Everthing was great BUT the air conditioning — not good during summer!!! This is why I gave it 4 stars because the air conditioner in the bedroom barely worked during our first night and by our second/ last night my son and I were literally sweating bullets despite putting it on the coolest setting/temperature — we tried between 16-20C with no avail.. the room temperature remained 25-26C. We did all troubleshooting (closing both doors and adjusting the settings at different times during the entire night).. Needless to say, I did not get any sleep at all. I normally sleep with at least 20 C at home. Sleep to me is as important as food and water! — especially that we have been touring for the last 7 days under extreme heat! The air conditioner in the living room worked fine though.
Parking off site is by luck just like anywhere else.

I booked a two-bedroom unit, and to my surprise, it actually came with three bathrooms. The space was extremely large, and we stayed very comfortably throughout our visit. The place was also very clean and well maintained.
The location is excellent as well. It was easy to get anywhere either by walking or by taxi, and most rides were under $10, which was very convenient.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.

Property was in a great location. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Check in was a little tough, All automated, great in theory but was challnging. Customer service was great and helped with the hiccups.

Great place to stay close to Sestas which is a main gathering area with some night life and lots of places to eat. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction in the area but that’s not any fault to this place. Place was clean and easy access all via phone. All the amenities were available. Great pizza place at the corner for late night snack. Only issue was one of the shower drains drained slow. Didn’t impact us much so didn’t make an issue of it.

Was terrible. Check-in process was a nightmare, and it only got worse from there. Room was dirty and smelt horribly of cigarette smoke. Staff is very sparse and when you can find them, they are rude and not helpful whatsoever. Save your time, money and stress

Excellent place, it was a struggle to understand where the room was located. We were checking around for hours. Nevertheless it was a gorgeous room.
