The room is clean. And the staff are courteous. We love the pool and w/d on premise for our recent family of 4 travel.

The hotel was clean and maintained well. Hotel rooms were very nice and included full fridge, microwave, stove, etc. It had a feel of an apartment style hotel. We were provided with good customer service. Only suggestion is to sanitize/deodorize hotel elevator. It has an unpleasant odor in there.

The property is lovely and the rooms are spacious. Both elevators broke down and we were offered no assurance other than being told where the stairs were. Dragging luggage down multiple levels of stairs for an elderly person is a challenge. Staff should have offered to bring luggage down.

The room was spotlessly clean and cozy. The amenities were all well maintained and easily accessible by room key. The staff was attentive and kind, well informed about the area.

I didn’t eat breakfast at this location. I had early meetings and ate breakfast at restaurants near the hotel. I used the gym once. And the hotel room was clean. The location was very convenient for me and safe.
