I found a baby kitten in my room and the hotel insists that it is mine however, I stayed at the hotel is because I recently had reconstructive knee surgery. This was my first post op follow up with my surgeon. Either ways the hotel refuses to take responsibility for it.

Per sota de la mitjana We did not stay at the Hacienda Heights Hotel. It looked like they attempted to upgrade, however this place was trashy. Three minutes after we checked in, we found bugs on the pillow that was laying on top of the bed. I would like to get a refund since we did not stay. We were there less than 5 minutes and barely sat on the bed. We were able to find better accommodations for less money on that night.
When can I expect to see a refund in my account for this pre paid stay?

The hotel was clean, and expected. Our bathroom seemed a little old but functional. Breakfast only consists of granola bars, juice and coffee. The pool was small and seemed a little dirty but still ok to swim in. The price and value of this would be 7/10. Overall a decent place to day in.
