Well. located with ample transportation to and from the Disneyland theme park. Rooms were clean, well designed and very comfortable. The elevators required long wait times at certain hours of the day, but overall, we were very pleased with the facility.

When we walked in the room there was stains and hair on bedding. Shower and sink had hairs as well. My wife wiped down all the furniture it it was full of dust. We told staff we are going to dinner to clean it we were gone a few hours we come back and it was still untouched. We called again and they took a white to come and clean the room completely we were tired and ready to call it a night and we had to go through this.
