AC worked well, kitchen was nice to have for water and coffee.
But the water leak on the bathroom floor was bothersome. Was afraid we might slip and get hurt.
Otherwise decent location, nice staff.

Hotel located conveniently in Seomyeon district
The street it is in is lined by restaurants, side by side and all across the street, there must have been 50 restaurants on this street. It is near Subway station exit 12 around 10 minute walk. Uber taxis are available round the clock.
Our room on the 10thh floor could be used by family of 6, very spacious, with full kitchen and utensils and a large patio outside. No street noise

Very happy with hotel only reason it’s not perfect was check in was late.
There is department store, restaurant and café
But I was so tired I had to kill my time till till check in time at cafe falling a sleep.
I wish check in time was earlier.

Room was lovely, very cosy & clean, staff were very helpful and there is a lovely rooftop too with great views, only 5 min walk to the metro super convenient spot

The room was HUGE and so lovely, new and clean. The staff were lovely! The bed wascomfy and big, the towels were plentiful and there was no noise even though it was in the middle of Seomyeon. The location was great - 3 min walk to the subway station, and tons of restaurants and convenience stores close by. And the rooftop with coffee and tea was a beautiful addition. I arrived a bit too early for checkin and I was able to sit back and relax with a coffee with a lovely view while I waited. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely book again next time i’m in Busan.

The location is good near the subway, eateries and Lotte shopping mall. Room is clean and spacious, even the toilet. Only drawback is that the shower is not able to separately close off from the rest of the toilet, so the whole area is always slightly wet.
