We reserved a suite, but when we checked in, we were told that all suites were fully occupied. The front desk offered us a standard room with complimentary breakfast instead. Since we were expecting visitors and a suite would be much more convenient, we insisted on having the room type we had reserved. After some coordination, the staff was able to provide us with a suite. The suite was very nice—clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The only downside was the confusion and inconvenience during the check-in process.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well. The shower was especially comfortable. Parking was included and staff was friendly and helpful. I was not able to connect to the front desk but other than that everything was fine.
