The hotel is nicely located in town. The rooms are clean. However the hotel is very old which does make it charming but also very noisy! So if you want to rest don’t get a downstairs room. You will hear every squeak possible. And when I mentioned it to the staff they did not offer any alternative rooms upstairs for us. We were woken up to what sounded like a heard of above us both nights very late and early in the morning as well. Although everything else was very cute and clean. The bathroom we had also had only a pedestal sink and tiniest shower. Not a deal breaker. For anybody who even wants somewhere to set a blow dryer or put any makeup, there was absolutely no counter at all in the bathroom. Just fyi.
