Staff at desk at both checkin and departing was excellent and very helpful and informative. Noise level in the outside tower room was very loud all night, we were only staying one night and very tired from our flights, of I was staying more than one night would have requested room change.

Generally avoid this hotel. It is in a sketchy part of town. Beds are horribly uncomfortable and the jet noise makes it very difficult to sleep. Parking was near impossible.
