Didn't like the gym. Too small. No restaurant on property. Small bar area. Door to our room was hard to close sometimes because the lock would stick out. Had to unlock door with key card while door was ajar. Push dead bold lock in then close the door. Closet door to the right was not on track good.

From the moment we arrived, James made our stay exceptional. He greeted us warmly and immediately made us feel welcome. What truly stood out was how knowledgeable he was about the area. He took the time to give us several great food recommendations, and every suggestion was spot on. It is rare to come across someone who is not only professional, but genuinely invested in making sure guests have the best experience possible. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. More importantly, we felt incredibly safe during our visit. At one point, we accidentally left our room with the door lock engaged, which prevented the door from fully closing. We did not realize it until much later that evening after being gone for hours. To our surprise and relief, absolutely nothing had been disturbed or moved when we returned. That experience alone spoke volumes about the integrity of the staff, the security of the property, and the overall environment of the hotel. James deserves special recognition for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. Employees like him are the reason guests return. He went above and beyond, and his kindness and attention to detail truly made a lasting impression on us.

Will definitely come back here next year.. convenient and pet friendly

Every year we go to Napa and we always choose springhill,, very accommodating staff, great breakfast, parking is good and my fur babies are allowed,, they are so pet friendly and that’s what like .. close to Yountville and other wineries.. affordable price for Napa.. we will come back here again next year

I love the cleanliness. Furniture was not old, the rooms smell very clean and the beds are so comfy. The property is very pretty I enjoy the swimming pool area and the patio area too. Breakfast was very good. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and good customer service. We will go back again..
