Breakfast Charges
Dear Support Team,
My booking stated that breakfast was included for 3 people, yet we were charged upon arrival. This was inconvenient and not what was advertised. Please issue a refund for the breakfast charges.
Thank you,

Hotel surrounded by Residential apartments. At the time of check in , the reception told me that their is no booking by my name . Then after 10 min on my request, he confirmed my booking . so this act is not appreciated. No help while shifting luggage from room till my car during check out. Not worthy for the amount I paid
