Crowne Plaza Melbourne was our favorite lodging (of four) in Australia. We were offered a room upgrade with a breathtaking view of the Yarra River waterfront. Staff were all very friendly and we were easily able to walk to restaurants and other destinations on both sides of the river.

Was an adequate stay. Staff were very helpful. Food was decent. Temperature in the hotel was too warm, things were not very clean and the hotel clearly needed updating.
