It's a Hilton, so a lot as can be expected, of good quality. However, some stains on carpets and on the walls in the hotel and stains on the chair in the room. That was not expected. Service was great, staff were friendly and the hotel is close to trams, which is great.

Allotjat amb amics

Great hotel. A little away from the old town but and tram ride took care of it. The hotel was very nice. Breakfast was good. Very comfy beds. I recommend it!

The hotel doesn’t tidy your room each day, instead every other day. We asked, they said they would, they didn’t. This is also a really busy hotel and very noisy where our room was overlooking the vehicle drop off. It also means that breakfast is a scrum, so get there early. The parking is really expensive. We parked on road for a fraction of the cost.

Room was fine. Very basic, probably like the red roof inn next door. The carpets and everything were stained, walls scraped, etc. outside the room though. The listing says there is a business center but there isn’t. The front staff would not print a one-page ticket for me because I had booked though Expedia and not the Hilton site.

Everything was on par - but with the air-con drying the room out / air out I woke desperately thirsty / dry. Not one for drinking out of hotel bathrooms - there could have been some complimentary water bottles. My only bug bear of this stay, everything else was excellent!

I loved the ability to watch English on TV, and the breakfast was excellent. My main complaint-laundry facilities are not what they seem! I had to go down the street to a laundromat because their “laundry service“ would have taken 3 days. Disappointing since that was the mean reason I chose Hampton by Hilton. That being said, everything else was impeccable. So 4 stars it is
