The hotel main areas are impressive, although the bar is a little lifeless. However, our room was awful and outdated. When booking I didn’t realise there was an old part and a ‘new’ part. The room didn’t look like the pictures at all. We looked out onto an office block and it was just a bit depressing overall. The area that the hotel is in isn’t great either. I’m sure if you actually get one of the rooms in the pictures you’ll have a great time but I wouldn’t take the chance again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and the room felt dirty and dusty throughout our stay. It was unpleasant even to take off our shoes and walk around the room in slippers. We also noticed bugs running around the room. Everything felt old, poorly maintained, and unclean. The hotel markets itself as a five-star property, but in our opinion it doesn’t come close to that standard. Our stay was very uncomfortable and left a very negative impression overall. Usually we do not write negative reviews but this time it was impossible not do it. Never recommend to anyone.

The room was spotless and with a king bed, we found the room some what small. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is in the city center and we enjoyed strolling the streets of Lille. I would highly recommend this hotel in Lille.

M'he quedat amb la família

The pool and the Spa treatment were great. It was a new experience having the sauna in a private room away from the Spa area. I had a really enjoyable stay. Staff and the restaurant food was pleasant. I really enjoyed the cognac collection at the bar. Loved the artwork on the premises. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes somewhere quiet to getaway for a few days.
