The staff welcomed us well and efficiently. Our room had a great view of the harbour. The hotel is well place with access to two train lines and the ferry to Kowloon.

Fantàstic
Breakfast menu had a great selection and food was in general of great quality. Staff service were excellent and very accommodating with late checkout. Had a sea view which had great views of the harbour. Room was slightly dated and cleanliness could have been better. Overall, had a great stay at Renaissance Harbour hotel.

Check in took such a long time and staffs are unfriendly! Toilet amenties for 3 are not replenish well daily!Toilet walls need to clean up ! filty dirty!

Experienced elevator free fall and on the day I’m heading out, the hotel got me a taxi that can’t not accept visa or octopus card,after I arrive, the driver won’t drop me off and I end up paid 2 times taxi fare to pay him to drive me back to hotel,and the taxi driver verbally bullied me and I have to pay another taxi to drive me to ferry again. Horrible experience.

The hotel is in an excellent location with Seaview rooms, near to public transport (MTR and bus) and easy to get a cab. Breakfast is a very large spread with tasty offerings. Staff are always helpful and rooms are very well cleaned every day. I stayed in this hotel 5 to 6 nights each time I am in HK.
