Our room was Unpolluted Vikiana did an excellent job . Part of the stuff was very cordial , specially a waiter named Domingo . He was very polite and helpful ..Ocean view is excellent , this the best beach that I’ve been in my life . Something that I would like to recommend is a little improve in the lunch buffet. Besides that , everything was good.

La propiedad está en muy mal estado,la comida muy mala,solo el día que se celebró el día Dominicano se pudo comer,verdaderamente Lo único que tenía calidad era la Playa y sin duda la hospitalidad del Personal Hotel muy malo,muy viejo nada remodelado Comida muy mala…

Room wasn’t cleaned well on arrival we found crumbs on the floor by the closet. Pool was great but good could be better. Perhaps other like it but I wasn’t fond of it.

Our didn’t get off to a good start. The hotel over booked and they had no suites for our family of five. They gave us two rooms next to one another that did not connect. It’s was like we were on two separate vacations. We finally got the room we paid for on the third day of our seven day trip. Most of the staff were courteous and polite. The food was decent enough. There was a good bit of variety for our three picky kids. The buffets were a time saver. The entertainment was good with a good variety. We would if you looking to just get away for a few days but not much longer.
