Terrible hard bed with flat pillows and lack of towels given. The room temp was hard to adjust. The breakfast was weak and didn't offer much variety. Great location and easy access to the trains.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The man at the bar was a lifesaver with his kindness. I really appreciated his help! I struggled to find the parking at first. And exiting the parking was rough. I paid online with an app, but I didn't have any service in the parking garage. I'd buzz for help from the front desk and one of the times I was greeted with an unfriendly man who told me I needed to pay more if I wanted to get out. Thankfully he did end up letting me out, but it was very stressful. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Very close to the train station that goes right to Marienplatz. And the room was air conditioned!

The air conditioner is controlled by the hotel, which I was not a fan of. I couldn’t even use a blanket cause of the lack of air. Could barely open the window

This hotel is a two minute walk to the S bahn and a 7 min walk from the tram. You can easily get to Marienplatz within 25 min. Plus, the rooms are a nice place to sleep + the breakfast service is great!
