This was the first time I have stayed here , location was good, I didn’t have breakfast but did have coffee which was great. I was surprised when I asked reception if I could buy water on the premises, (it was 8.15) he said no we don’t have water, considering there is a restaurant thought maybe he could have given me a glass of water, …maybe bottled water in room or filtered water in reception could be considered, I would be happy to pay, it’s not like there was a convenience store close by.

The staff are excellent. The location couldn’t be better. The rooms need renovation. The beds are super comfy as was the pillows. Linen clean and plentiful.

The towels and face washers are extremely old and discoloures .. Check in wasn't the best.... Because I booked through Hotel.com 3 other groups of guests have priority over us to get their rooms ...we were made to wait for over half an hour for our room Not happy
