Horrible experience! I show up and was told my room was given away and that there was nothing they could do. The staff was rude even though I was trying to understand why, but they didn’t seem to want to help at all.

Parking is horrible!!! If you don't get there early you'll have to park in the back and walk what felt like a million miles away after driving for 4 hours. Ugh!!!

Fantàstic
Friendly staff and handy location directly opposite Target and Raising Canes which the kids loved. Disney shuttle pickup just outside the hotel so not far to walk. The cabanas at the pool are an added bonus!

The location is ideal for a family get away however the rooms need updating a bit dated and the AC was awful. Room was hot.

Hotel has severe delayed maintenance. I understood Delta properties to be newer and up to date. This property is in sad shape. Also, their parking fees of 30.00/night and all other additional add on fees they charge are way out of line with most hotels. Motel 6 accommodations at 4 Seasons prices. \
