Lovely, clean hotel with Great staff. Bed was huge and comfy, food in the restaurant was lovely. Had all the amenities you need including a really good gym and swimming pool. Recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Singapore.

Ms Mun at the reception was fantastic and welcoming, set the entire tone for a great experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated, amenities and bathing products were top level. Common spaces and lobby was designed and maintained beautiful. Room service was quick fresh and tasty. Breakfast was A+, just a recommendation to have more fresh juices available, there was apple only. Overall a superb experience, highly recommended, the area is also great location with easy access to MBS area, and Raffles neighborhood

I have no complaints. I was in SG for business and was only back in the room to sleep/rest. I had an alley/building view (the only negative), but the room itself was clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were great. It was a great place to stay when working in the Bugis area.

This hotel have severely gone downhill
We changed 4 rooms unfortunately due to a series of different issues comprising of poor noise insulation, malfunctioning TV, and ants infestation.
The service recovery was also extremely poor. Cannot recommend.

The hotel was modern, clean, and in a fantastic area across the road from Kampong Glam, Hajji Lane, and the pool had great views of the Ferris wheel and skyline. Would stay here again.
