Bé Sure it's clean and the staff are off chose lovely but -
they don't provide a kettle in the room which i find really annoying, who doesn't like a tea before bed?
I came for the sauna and steam room but the steam room was broken. Why not just fix it? Pay someone to come and fix it as soon as it breaks. Simple.
Last time I came the shower outside the sauna was broken. Even easier to fix.

Beautiful property, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Restaurant had a wonderful breakfast and dinner was great as well. Metro station is minutes away and there was easy access to transportation. Would recommend.

Very nice staff let down by a substandard hotel.
No aircon in the rooms. It was 33c when we stayed and our room was boiling all night. There is some kind of ventilation system but it was weaker than a hand fan bought from Temu. Weirdly the communal areas (hall, restaurant etc.) were cool and seem to have aircon. The staff kindly gave us an electric fan which helped a bit, but we barely slept.
There is no fridge and no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. We have just spent 10 weeks travelling around Europe and have never come across such a lack of amenities.
On the plus side every single one of the staff are really nice and professional.

There is a lot of bad to speak of but the only bright spot was Khaled. He works at night and went out of his way to make us happy.
I wouldn’t stay here again. I chose it for the aquarium but too expensive for what you get and no swimming pool.
