We only had a few hours to explore Frankfurt and really appreciated the location of this hotel. Easy walking distance to the old town centre. We had a spacious room and spacious bathroom that faced the river. The only downside was the traffic noise when we opened the window. With windows shut traffic was a non issue. They had a beautiful buffet breakfast in the lobby area, unfortunately we were not able to partake as we had to catch our early flight.

While the room seemed clean, the only amenity was a shower cap, hand soap and hand lotion. Shower towels were threadbare and the guest elevators were out if order. Good location for walking though

Fantastic location we upgraded to business suite with river view which was amazing and well worth it. The staff were friendly and accommodating ( a rarity in Germany) and eager to help. The coffee in the lounge was very good as well. The only less than 5 star thing was that it is getting tired and needs some TLC soon. Carpet in hall ways need to be replaced as stained in spots and clearly worn. More vacuuming as well as same visible debris on carpet for 5 days. With attention to detail it would be even more amazing place.
