We were there Easter weekend, and the property was too crowded. Parking was extremely inconvenient. In one case, I had to part in an overflow lot outside the main property. There was trash piled in the halls and by the garbage cans in communal areas. Staff just could not keep up. We made reservations for the spa over the phone based on the prices on the website but found prices higher when we arrived at the spa. There seemed to a difference between weekday and weekend prices that was not reflected on-line. My daughter tried to get a smoothie but they accepted only room charge — which we were not told at check in — and because it was not set up correctly, she could not charge the room. WiFi/cell service was very poor on property. Definitely need to improve communication, signage, and specific website info. We are local to Central FL and will not go back.
