The room was nice with a separate toilet and shower. The location was convenient and easy to walk to places. The breakfast buffet was limited and the layout was awkward and cramped. You had to walk past the bar to find a table to eat at. The front desk staff was excellent and responsive to our requests for additional items.

The room was fine for what we needed. We didnt have breakfast as we wanted to explore the city. The bar staff were super friendly and accommodating. The only downside was housekeeping didnt come everyday so we had to keep asking for towels everyday and coffee and when they did replenish they left the dirty cups and glasses. It wasnt a big deal but it was frustrating to ask for towels every other day.

En general una experiencia unica, muy buenas facilidades y el personal muy atentos y profesional. Quiero agradecer en especial al personal de la barra en especial a Andrea, Matias y Allixon por su gran sorpresa en nuestro aniversario muy bonito detalle, son los mejores ,tambien a Carla en reception por todo. Esperamos verlo pronto.. Gracias Aloft y su personal, los mejores Jose Muniz y Wanda Aguirre

Regarding breakfast, I think they should improve it; there's no variety at all, and the products aren't high quality. I don't think the staff at the front desk are adequately trained to handle any of the paperwork.

Allotjat amb amics

This hotel in right in the middle of the Gran Via, next to the Plaza del Calleo, so it is always crazy busy. Our room on the Calle Jacometrezo side, however was very quiet. It's a good base for getting around Madrid but it's a corporate hotel, so you won't get a lot of local feel. Although we generally like to stay in a neighborhood, we enjoyed our stay at Aloft Gran Via.
