Great location for visiting family off the busy esplanade. Usually quiet with a great pool and easy street or carpark parking. We always request the 3rd floor that overlooks the main pool.

I always enjoy staying at Palm Royal Motel, and this visit was no exception. I was especially grateful to have a ground floor room, as elevators feel very confined for me and affect my breathing—so this made a big difference to my comfort. What really stands out about

O hotel tem um excelente custo benefício. Ele fica um pouco afastado da orla da praia, do ferry, e do "movimento" mas pelo preço, compensa. A piscina é enorme e bem gostosa. O quarto é bem confortável, grande e chuveiro bom. A mulher que fez o nosso check-in não foi muito atenciosa. Inclusive até um pouco grossa, mas isso acontece e está tudo bem. Voltaria!

Had to wait until 2 O’clock for a room. Yes I realise that’s the check in time however I am certain rooms were available before then, the check in guy was just being a prick. Then a bus load turned up at 1350 and he checked them all in despite me sitting there waiting. And only one person checking in. Needed more staff
