The room never cooled down below 80 degrees. The ice maker on the floor did not work the entire time we were there. We were sent on a wild good chase looking for ice the entire time. One staff member said I could try the ice machines on other floors, which got me stuck on the staircase and my husband had to go and open and let me back in the hallway. Another staff member told me there was an ice maker on the 2nd floor by the fitness center. When I went there, there was no ice machine. The front desk told me 3 different times after waiting 30 minutes in line just where to find ice, that there’s two on my floor. While I was there I mentioned how hot it is in the room, they asked my room number and didn’t do anything about it. Again I walked every inch and there was only one ice machine that was broken. I called maintenance, I called housekeeping begging for ice, I texted the AI number begging for ice so we could put towels in it to try and cool down. No one ever helped. I got sent an empty ice bucket after days of begging. No help whatsoever. Do not recommend
