Fantàstic
Pam, who checked us in, was superb. She went above and beyond to accommodate my request. Other staff members were friendly as well. The room and hotel were clean. The pool is a good size. The jacuzzi was filled with cold water instead of hot, which was nice seeing as it was almost 100 out. The hotel is very close to Angels Stadium, The Grove and Disneyland. The breakfast was good. Only drawback here was if you show up with only 39 minutes left they let items run out and don’t restock. Overall it was a great place and would definitely book again.

We arrived at a dirty room. There were stains on the floor and little pieces of trash had been left. We could not get much help as there was only one staff member managing the hotel at that hour. She graciously offered to sweep our room for us. We could not wait to leave the next morning.
