We were there for a stay cation and so it was perfect for a weekend her away. Price was really good and it wasn’t one of those “you get what you paid for” type of situations . It was clean , great location and the staff was really accommodating and kind. Also the room was super cute and spacious . We will for sure be back !

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The gentleman man who was working in the morning of the day we first arrived to drop off our luggage with baggage check was rude and impatient, when there was no wait. The bellhop was a lot friendlier than the first staff member we experienced. The room itself was exactly as pictured in the photos. The floor was one of the main things that was not kept up well. There were stains on the carpet that were more than just standard wear and tear. When parking in their parking structure it is extremely small and is as the reviews have said. You will need a compact car as the lot is small and has very steep ramps going up each level.

It was a good experience just we found a cockroach in the bathroom. Also if you are willing to park there I recommend no suv or trucks parking is very tiny and almost hit the top of our suv. But also parking was not it for me I couldn’t get in my car at times. Staff is nice tho and great.

The rooms were filthy. I was moved from the 14th floor which had a strong smelly odor as soon as you leave the elevator. The room was very dirty as far as the bathroom and carpets. Very limited lighting. The second room was better but still not properly cleaned. The toilets are VERY low and uncomfortable to sit down and get up from. The pool area needs an overhaul altogether. It’s very small and not enough room for people to enjoy at all.

Staff was cery pleasant & quick with any responses when guest needed help or even directions. Great area to stay in, very convenient & close to shopping & food. Overall my stay was wonderful. I will stay here again.
