Lovely employees and a very clean room. A peaceful place to stay if you need to visit the Brisbane CBD as it's only a ~10min walk away. Will return again i'm sure! Thank you :)

Close to good restaurants although the dine in menu was great after a long day. The cafe was excellent for breakfast and coffee before starting your day.

I recently stayed for week at the Kennigo. My only negative feedback, if any, was that the room (Queen Room) was a little dated. Carpet was worn and bar fridge was in the wardrobe, rather than an allocated cavity. However, the excellent staff and location made up for it ten-fold. Front desk was friendly, helpful and the morning breakfast team worked efficiently and friendly. Happy to recommend the property to anyone. Location is ideal.

The room and the hotel was amazing and the location is to die for. My only problem for the night was the team member who checked me in. She was quite dismissive and seemed like she couldn’t be bothered speaking to me which was frustrating as my partner and I don’t get to go out often and hoped our experience would be special. She asked for my card and did not even bother to explain the cost of the late check-out fee that was charged as I walked away. I was happy to be charged but just wish my partner and I were treated like people. After checking in, I came back out an hour or so later to ask about the late checkout and she acknowledged me non-verbally and just with raised eyebrows. What an abysmal concierge from someone who is at the focal point of the check-in process. 5 stars for the hotel, no stars for the team member.

Slightly small room but clean and had everything we needed for 1 night. About 15 minute walk down to Story Bridge and 15 minute drive to the airport.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well kept. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with ironing board, iron, hair dryer, microwave and mini-bar. Close to the city, quiet area. The café has really nice coffee and treats. I didn’t have breakfast but it looked really nice. I would recommend the hotel and would stay here again.
