Fantastic location for the town centre. Just a 10 minute walk to the Verona Arena and large selection if restaurants and bars. as well as a well stocked supermarket " Pams".

The shower was so small, I thought it was a joke. The bathroom does not have drinking bios to rinse mouth after brushing. The room was dark. Not enough lighting inside.

We left the location of this. It was about a 10 minute walk to the downtown Square. Hotel spotless rooms were clean. Did not really use anything in the hotel or the restaurant or the bar. We were always downtown. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Our hotel accommodation was excellent from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. The staff provided outstanding service and were always helpful and courteous. The hotel’s location, amenities, and overall atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. If we go back to Verona, we would stay here again.

The staff were the stand out highlight of this hotel. From reception through to the bar staff and breakfast staff and room staff - just a 5 star service. Exceptional! Breakfast was a lot of choice - loved the Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit. There is a hot option too. Bed was super comfortable and great pillows. Shower strong - rain shower. Aircon easy to control. Great location - 5 mins from Arena and walkable to loads of restaurants. Never used public transport whilst in Verona. Walked everywhere. 10 mins from main train station and we went to Venice and Lake Garda. Great hotel!
