Surprise 60th for Hubby,Staff very welcoming on arrival, Room beautiful stunning coffee making facilities including Nespresso machine. Hand written birthday message and selection of cakes to celebrate. Breakfast extra but well worth it

Estada individual

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! From the second I arrived, they were there to greet me and help me with my bags. They allowed me to check in early and adjust my reservation due to my last minute travel changes. They were completely accommodating. Once I arrived to my room they cslled the room & checked on me. THEN... I got stuck in the elevator! The staff came to the rescue immediately! I think we were only stuck for about 10 minutes tops. After I got back to my room, I was surprised to find a friendly note and treats from the staff apologizing for what happened. I appreciate all of the care and support. They are fantastic. The room is wonderful too!
