It was a very average stay, the room was okay but only one internal facing window so not much light, cleaning was liveable but definitely room for improvement. The pool was the highlight for surviving the heat but a shame the bar isnt open during the day. There was water leaking through the bathroom ceiling, the room phone didnt work and the worst part was they accepted a large booking for a school and placed my room in the middle of it so there were a herd of young teenage boys maybe 11-13 running up and down the hallway, knocking on everyones doors in the night and jumping around in the pool which really took away from the stay

We were disappointed by our stay at this hotel. The room was basic and the bathroom was small. The hotel is dated. Cleaners woke us every morning talking and parking cleaning trolleys outside the room. Also heard noise from neighbouring rooms when they used the shower. Water temperature changed during showering from cool to very hot. Pool area was nice but tied. Decided not to eat at the hotel more cost effective and nicer experience to eat local to the hotel.

Was fine enough but it’s used as a group tour bus hotel so not friendly at all ..pretty average overall ..pool on roof was nice and bar in afternoons ..can’t get a taxi in Seville from hotel apparently not helpful most of the staff were rude and unhelpful breakfast was not great either overall not that pleasant stay a long walk to areas of interest too

helpful front desk staff, parking spot was reserved for us (but you have to call ahead to save a spot in the little tiny lot!), hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable, quiet, well appointed. The pool on the roof was great and the location is excellent, easy walk to everything we wanted to visit. Definitely recommend
