Fantàstic Property shows its age but room was super clean and price was great

On check-in, the wash hands basin in our room was blocked and had murky water in it. Other than that the room was acceptable.
Most disappointingly, the swimming pool was out of commission.
The breakfast menu was very limited and the area adjacent to the dining room hadn't been cleaned for some time. The staff tried hard but were very young and inexperienced.
On the plus side, the gym was well equipped.

Hotel not sutable for guests. No hot water. No food or drink available. Dirty. Smelly.
Booked 3 nights. Stayed 1. Still waiting for refund. Messaged Hotel.com numerous times. Still waiting. Will not use them again.
