We were first given a room on the first floor, but unfortunately there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the hallway and inside the room. We requested a room change, and the front desk staff member kindly moved us to a room on the 7th floor, which was much better. However, the hotel overall feels outdated and could benefit from major renovations in the future.

服務人員很客氣，住起來也很舒適，而且有提供免費借腳踏車服務，解決了我們沒交通工具的問題，而且還提供早餐，讓我們飽足一餐。

9/10當天21:00入住，預訂2間雙床房型，進入房間後發現整間房間發霉灰塵嚴重，像無人打掃過一樣，迫於太晚無法仔細觀看，當天冷氣根本不涼，反應後直接給予電風扇處理，隔天醒過來ㄧ看房間差點昏倒，電視機整個背面發霉嚴重，整個天花板像黴菌室一樣，難怪整晚皮膚瘙癢，退房時有跟櫃檯反應，只是口頭道歉，並無任何作為。 台灣旅遊業者一直抱怨生意難做，但是這種像鬼屋一樣的住宿品質，真的讓人對彰化地區打上很大的服務品質問號。 提醒各位不要踩雷

服務人員熱情解救腳踏車停放問題。飯店房間是老建築。有洗衣機跟烘乾機。唯一不理解的是熱水溫度只比室溫高兩度。
