It should be classified as a budget hotels with very small rooms and very small bathroom. Very good staff. Helped all the way.

Per a negocis

Hotel has very strict cancellation policies and stick by their principles very firmly. Making me unable to cancel a fradulent credit card booking. However, they are somehow able to accept the reservation that is using a completely different name from the name on the credit card. Cant say I expect much from a hotel from scam city. Did not stay there but I can definitely say I wont going to this hotel.

complain regarding my recent stay at Ginger Mumbai Andheri on 14th Feb. Unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory due to a malfunctioning air conditioning unit in my room. Despite reporting the issue to the hotel staff, I was assured that the AC would begin cooling within 10 minutes. However, this did not happen, and upon making a follow-up call to the reception, no further action was taken. As a result, I spent the entire night in discomfort due to inadequate cooling, which significantly a
