다른 여행객이 쓴 것처럼 오래된 숙소입니다. 욕실과 주방을 리모델해서 사용하는데는 불편함 없어요.
목요일부터 일요일까지 있었는데 목요일은 사람이 별로 없더니 금요일 밤부터 많이 들어 오네요. 가족 단위로 많이 들어오십니다.
여름이라 세탁기 있어서 유용했어요.
이불도 깨끗했고, 수건도 부족하면 더 가져다 쓸 수 있어서 좋았어요. 온천 사용을 해서 많이 사용하진 않아요.

The building is quite outdated and could use some upgrades. However, the location is unbeatable—just a short distance from Bulguksa, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Be sure to take a bath in the spring water, even though the bathtub is quite small. The water is amazing and has healing properties that make it worth the experience!"

폭염주의보가 내려 더운데 에어컨 작동을 7월 1일부한다 작동이 안되나 옆방은 에어컨 작동 어이없었음.
시설 노후에 따른 그다지 편안치않은 환경.
딱 그가격임.

늦은시간에는 주차장이 협소하여 꽉 차므로
초저녁에는 주차하는 게 낫고,
객실 내 상태는 깨끗하고 오래되긴 했어도
유지 관리가 잘 되고있어서 만족했습니다.
분리수거장도 깨끗이 청소하셔서 좋았습니다.
온천 물이라서 그런지 물이 정말 좋습니다.
숙소 예약할 때 고층으로 요청드렸는데
최대한 협조하겠다고 바로 회신도 주시고,
실제로도 4층으로 배정해주셔서 고맙습니다.
대표님 덕분에 잘 머물다 갑니다. 고맙습니다.

처음 주차장 들어갔을때부터 뭔가 잘못되었다고 생각함.
입구에 잔뜩 쌓인 쓰레기. 주차장 바닥은 깨지고 울퉁불퉁. 분수대를 만들려고 하는지 중앙에는 큰 구덩이가 있고. 숙소 들어가는 복도도 정비가 안된 느낌이었어요.(복도 불도 제가 키고 들어감)
소음에 취약해서 옆방 소리 고스란히 들려요.
화장실 환풍기 안켜짐.. 다시 방문할일 없을듯요ㅠㅠ
