The area is top teir right next to the train station and plenty of stores and restaurants but the hotel is for a budget hotel. You will see the wallpaper peeling and the floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in years. But the room is clean if you need somewhere to sleep for a night or two it will get the job done. But don’t stay any longer like I did you will just end finding more things wrong trust me.

Simple small rooms. It didn't bother me, but you will be able to hear the trains until they shut down. I slept thru it but light sleepers may not like it so much.

We liked the location near JR statio . But it's
a long ride from Center city Tokyo. English was good. Breakfast was average to disappointing. Good bed. Quiet nonsmoking floor.

Overall, an excellent choice of hotel. Very convenient to the train station, eating, convenient stores, and etc. The staff were extremely friendly, and the room was super comfortable. It was everything we wanted and needed our hotel away from home!
