97% of their staff we're incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly! There were a few staff members that were not very helpful. They could have been new or just having a bad day. The location of the hotel is excellent for walking access to all the fun Akihabara offers! The restaurant has delicious food, cocktails and music vibe with the live DJ. I would stay again!!

This is a great hotel to stay at if you plan to visit Akihabara. It is very close to all the anime stores and food places. We had a great room that slept 3 and the staff was very kind.

Estada individual

This location can't be beat for convenience, everything is within a few min walk and if you want to experience Akihabara and shop electronics, collectables, games, it is perfect for it. My only complaint is that the pillows they use in the rooms are super airy and way way on the soft side, your head just sinks right in till it becomes flat as a towel, be prepared for that if you need harder pillows.

A lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location, offering great value for money. The room was small but comfortable, and the bed provided a very good night’s sleep. The shower also had a wonderful waterfall feature. The only downsides were the small gym, which felt somewhat limited, and the breakfast, which was disappointing for the price. While the quality was acceptable, the selection of main dishes lacked variety and did not justify the additional cost. Despite these minor issues, I would stay again.

Very stylish small boutique hotel. Not really in Ginza like it said online, but convenient to a major train station and nearby restaurants. Gym was tiny. Hard to even stretch in there and almost no equipment. Rooms come in different sizes. The smaller are very small. Maybe an upgrade is worth it. Staff was very nice. Somewhat limited English. The restaurant was hopping and good. I’d stay there again if I wanted to be in that neighborhood.
