部屋が大きくバイアフリーもありいいのですが…隣の部屋の声が丸聞こえ…もうちょいと改善してほしいです。 車椅子も出入りができるスロープがあるといいかもです🙇‍♂️

入住前的一小時，下午兩點，剛下超大雨，我們都淋濕了，到酒店大堂，要求提早少許入住，以便更換濕的衣服，但酒店前台員工，堅持待至三點，稍欠同理心。

The property is newly-furnished & we stayed at the 1st floor Japanese Tatami room - it was sparkling clean & the only downside of this property is not located at the Shirahama center but within 10 mins of driving. Highly recommended for those who self-drive!
