大浴場が時間制で男女入れ替わりになっていましたが、女性に入れ替わる時、脱衣場のマットの交換をして欲しかった。男性の後なので少しの気遣いがあると嬉しい。

ルートイン系列で支払いも含め、対応も安心できるし、実際対応が良かった。ホテルの古さは否めないが、模様替えなど維持管理が出来ていると感じました。急な雨の場合も貸し出し傘があるし、車の駐車場も大きいので、仕事での宿泊は便利です。一つ難点なのはホテル側としてはどうしようもありませんが、JR駅から徒歩30分なので、バスを利用しようとしてもバスの巡回路になっていないのが不便でした。また宜しくお願いします。

ちょっと古いですが交通のアクセスも良く最高でした。朝食は無料なのでうれしいです。上田城🏰も近くにあり観光にも適しています。

エアコンは一斉空調なので使えないと言われ送風を使うよう言われたが、暖かい風が出てくるため暑くて眠れなかった。
