I was amazed how clean the rooms were. The bathroom was spotless. The bathtub was squeaky clean even the sink was clean. The front staff was very helpful. My daughter needed a safety pin and they gave us a whole cute little sewing kit. We will definitely be back again when we visit Great America.

I really wanted to give this hotel a better rating because the customer service was wonderful when it came to the staff. Unfortunately, we had carpet beetles in our room and I have had a previous horrible experience with carpet beetles so I was so uncomfortable and terrified we could possible bring some home with us. I spoke to the manager and they moved us to another room a few doors down but I was so paranoid the remainder of our stay. The employee that checked us out was surprised that the manager didn’t do more for us but at least we got another room. Idk if I would ever stay there again unless they removed all there carpet. The carpet was a little older and the room looked like it hadn’t had a good thorough cleaning in some time because the corners of the carpet and the trim were very dusty and dirty. I hope they fix that issue because other than that I would’ve loved this place. The location was great and the service was amazing.

I really enjoyed myself. Staff was nice. Property was clean. Only thing I did not like we didn't have free breakfast at these prices. I think you get free breakfast but everything else was awesome
